Kirby Grines is an entrepreneur, industry prognosticator, and founder of 43Twenty, a business development and marketing agency specializing exclusively in the streaming video industry.
Before launching 43Twenty, he co-founded Float Left, an OTT app development company that iMedia Brands acquired in 2019. Kirby’s also the creator of “The Streaming Wars,” a weekly newsletter that curates the most impactful news and musings about the OTT space.

Scott Olechowski is responsible for driving product strategy, product management, operations, and business development for Plex’s suite of products.
Over the past fifteen years, Scott has applied his entrepreneurial know-how and spirit to a number of software and internet start-ups. His professional experience includes executive positions in product strategy, business development, marketing, and international sales for a number of established brands such as Cisco, PostX and IronPort.
He is an expert in cryptography with six issued encryption and authentication patents, and was a technical and thought leader in Cisco’s global threat intelligence operations. Fresh out of college, he co-founded a video software company that pioneered the synchronization of video testimony and official transcripts, which dramatically improved conviction rates for trial lawyers.

Taylor Kirchwehm, is Zype’s vice president of Customer Success. In her role she leads a 20+ person team as they help customers meet business goals by leveraging Zype’s infrastructure.
Taylor began her career in media technology in an administrative capacity with Zype in 2015. Over the course of six years her dedication to learning about Zype products and her passion for client management has led her to take on more challenging roles with greater responsibility.
Taylor is a graduate of Marshall University where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and competed in Track and Field as a Heptathlete. Away from work, Taylor has a passion for running and keen interest in sports including football, baseball and soccer.

Chris Bray is the VP of Product Management at Zype, with a special focus on the Zype Apps Creator Platform. In this role, he leads all major product innovations on the platform, leveraging his 20+ years of product managment and engineering expertise.
In past roles, Chris has worked for media technology companies such as Walt Disney, Swarmify, and Highwinds before joining MAZ Systems, now Zype, in the spring of 2020. Throughout his career, Chris has developed a passion for building exceptional digital video experiences, and providing end users with high-quality and reliable interfaces.
Chris is an alumni at the University of Central Florida, and has earned an MBA at Rollins College. He now resides with his wife and two daughters in Orlando, FL.

With more than 20 years of experience in the media, entertainment and technology sectors, Rose Hulse founded and serves as CEO of the highly selective, curated app-based streaming aggregator, ScreenHits TV (SHTV).
Hulse started the London-based aggregation service in March 2020 with a soft launch, which followed its transition from serving as a successful B2B aggregator for the entertainment industry since 2012. Overcoming a number of barriers for a diverse woman of colour, Hulse leveraged her corporate, startup and entrepreneurial skills to develop and officially launch ScreenHits TV in April 2021.
Today, SHTV operates in the U.S., UK and Germany with nearly 500,000 subscribers. It is on track to hit one million subscribers by year’s end
