Chris Bray is the VP of Product Management at Zype, with a special focus on the Zype Apps Creator Platform. In this role, he leads all major product innovations on the platform, leveraging his 20+ years of product managment and engineering expertise.
 
In past roles, Chris has worked for media technology companies such as Walt Disney, Swarmify, and Highwinds before joining MAZ Systems, now Zype, in the spring of 2020. Throughout his career, Chris has developed a passion for building exceptional digital video experiences, and providing end users with high-quality and reliable interfaces.
 
Chris is an alumni at the University of Central Florida, and has earned an MBA at Rollins College. He now resides with his wife and two daughters in Orlando, FL.

Shikha Arora is the EVP Engineering and GM MAZ at Zype Inc., the video infrastructure company that enables video publishes build awesome video products for their customers.

She was previously the Founder and CEO of MAZ Systems Inc that helped video publishers distribute content across apps stores and CTV platforms. She holds a B.E.(Hons.) degree from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and she was honored by PEC University of Technology as a “Distinguished Alumni”.

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sinclair’s Growth Networks Group, Ware oversees many of the company’s newest business initiatives in the digital broadcast and OTT sectors. These include national  television networks  Comet   TV,  CHARGE!  and  TBD  as well the company’s direct to consumer OTT service STIRR. Prior to his current position Ware launched Tennis Channel’s industry first DTC consumer service. Comet TV, CHARGE! and TBD are Sinclair’s national broadcast TV networks
featuring a line-up of hit TV shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X- Files,   CSI:   NY,   CSI:   Miami   and   Wipe   Out  and is one of the fastest growing channel portfolios in the digital multicast sector.

Previously, Mr. Dixon was an analyst and partner with The Diffusion Group and has held senior executive positions at Microsoft/WebTV, Oracle, Liberate, and others. He is the author of many reports and opinion pieces and is a frequent speaker at NAB, IBC, StreamTV, TV of Tomorrow, Connected TV World Summit, and other industry events.
